Homebuilding Technologies (HBTECH) has specialised in aerated-concrete houses for 16 years and has its own architectural and structural engineering departments.
We are a certified partner of leading AAC manufacturers, including Ytong, and our specialists regularly train with them.

Can you change a project from your catalogue?
Yes. We adapt a catalogue project to your wishes. Starting from a finished project usually shortens the design time.
What exactly is included?
Architectural drawings and the key structural details. At the concept stage you also get a 3D model with furniture and the placement of the house on your plot.
How is the price calculated?
Floor area multiplied by €4.50, rounded up to the nearest euro. A 100 m² house costs €450 to design.

Will the drawings work for a building permit in my country?
Building rules differ from country to country. Tell us where you plan to build when you send your request, and we will discuss what the design needs to cover.
