Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the personal data you leave on this website. It is written to meet Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

TDS LLC (OOO «TDS», trading as Homebuilding Technologies / HBTECH), INN 9723261787, OGRN 1257700441756, Artyukhinoy St 6, bldg 2, premises 2/1, Moscow 109390, Russia. Email: mail@hbtech.ru. We have no data protection officer; write to this address with any question about your data.

What data we collect and why

  • Your request. Name, email, and whatever else you choose to add: WhatsApp or phone number, country, floor area, message and attached files. We use it to answer you, work out the design price and, if you want, prepare a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Name and email are needed to reply to you; without them we cannot answer. The other fields are optional.
  • Which ad brought you here. The utm and gclid tags in the page address are sent together with your request so we can see which advertising works. We do not store them in your browser. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring advertising (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, time and page of each visit to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you allow them in the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. See Cookies below.
  • Messages on WhatsApp or Telegram. If you write to us there, the messenger processes your data under its own privacy policy as well.

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not build profiles.

Who else receives it

  • Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf under its data processing agreement.
  • Google LLC (USA) receives analytics and advertising data only if you allow cookies. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • We ourselves are in Russia, a country without an EU adequacy decision, so your request is transferred to and processed there. The transfer is necessary to answer the request you make and to take steps towards a contract with you (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). The form tells you this before you send it. We do not pass your data to anyone else.

Cookies

Until you allow them, the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It keeps two small things in your browser because the site needs them to work: your cookie choice (kept until you clear your browser data or change the choice) and a note that a request was sent, which disappears when you close the tab.

If you choose “Allow”, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set these cookies:

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, tells visitors apart. Kept for 2 years.
  • _gcl_au — Google Ads, links a request to the ad you clicked. Kept for 90 days.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was processed before.

How long we keep it

  • A request that does not lead to a contract: no longer than 12 months after our last message to you, or sooner if you ask.
  • If you order a design: for the term of the contract and as long as accounting and tax law require afterwards.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider deletes them on its own schedule, within weeks.

How we protect it

The site works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who answer requests can read them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or send it to you in a portable format. If we ever had a data breach that put you at risk, we would tell you. Write to mail@hbtech.ru; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; the list of authorities is on the European Data Protection Board website.

Children

This website is for adults planning to build a house. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
